Site Sync is a Windows program, so it cannot be installed from a phone or tablet. Open this same link on your Windows computer (send it to yourself by email or WhatsApp).

Get your installer
Type your name and the email the owner knows you by. If you are on the owner's list the installer downloads right away; if not, the owner approves you first and you come back here with the same email.
The file is personal (your sign-in is part of its name): do not share it. Renaming it is fine; the installer then asks for your email and code.

Run it
Open the file from Downloads. It installs for you only, no admin password. Keep the black window open.
Wait for Ready
Setup downloads what it needs and ends with Ready. If it stops, run the installer again.
Sign in to Claude
The first time you create a lead, a browser page asks you to sign in to your own Claude account. Once.
Start a lead
Open Site Sync from the Start menu and add a business.
What you need
- A Windows PC: Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. Not for Mac, phones or tablets.
- Internet: about 400 MB are downloaded during setup, once. After that only small updates.
- A Claude account: your own. You sign in once, in your browser, the first time you create a lead.
- Your invite: this page only works with the link the owner sent you.
If Windows warns you
The installer is not yet code-signed, so Windows SmartScreen or your antivirus may say the publisher is unknown. That is expected.
- SmartScreen: click More info, then Run anyway.
- Browser says "not commonly downloaded": choose Keep.
- Antivirus blocks it: allow the file, or ask the owner. Its SHA-256 is shown above after you download it.
What gets installed
- The program lives in
%LOCALAPPDATA%\SalesPipefor your user only, with a Site Sync entry in the Start menu and a desktop icon. - Your access details are saved on your PC in that folder and are not shared.
- Your leads and files sync to the team's shared database. Heavy temporary files stay on your PC.
- Updates arrive by themselves, are checked with a signature, and roll back if something goes wrong.
- To remove it: Settings, Apps, Installed apps, Site Sync, Uninstall.
How it fits together
After setup your work is saved to the team's shared database, so leads follow you, and Site Sync updates itself when a new version is released.
Questions
What is Site Sync? A tool that turns a business lead into a ready demo website, a sales brief, a quote and a leave-behind, so you can pitch with something real in your hand.
Setup stopped or shows an error? Run the installer again; it continues where it stopped. If it still fails, send the owner the text in setup-error.txt or setup.log from the install folder.
Mac or phone? Not yet. Windows only for now.
Do I update it myself? No. It checks for new versions when it starts and every few hours.
Is my data safe? Your link and installer are personal. Leads sync to the team's private database, and your Claude sign-in stays with your own account in your browser.
